Everything is handled online, making the process easy and seamless from start to finish.
My goal is to keep things stress-free and simple—so you can focus on enjoying your session and the moments we’re capturing.
Q: HOW DO YOU DELIVER PHOTOS?
Your professionally edited, high-resolution images will be delivered through a private online gallery—making everything simple and seamless (because yes, convenience is kind of my thing 😉).
You’ll receive a personal download code to save your images, and you’re welcome to share your gallery and code with family and friends so they can enjoy them too.
The gallery is easy to navigate, but just in case, I’ve also created a quick video tutorial to walk you through the download process step by step.
Q: DO YOU PROVIDE PROPS?
I don’t provide props or wardrobe—my focus is always on the person (or people) in front of my camera.
My approach is simple: capturing you as you are. No elaborate setups, no heavy lighting, and no need for special outfits—just real moments, naturally.
That said, if there’s something meaningful you’d love to include—a favorite blanket, a child’s toy, or a special item—you’re more than welcome to bring it along. Those personal touches can make your photos even more meaningful.
Q: HOW MANY PHOTOS GET DELIVERED?
The number of images you receive depends on the package you choose.
For full details—including session length, pricing, and what’s included—please visit the Investments tab above. It has everything you need to help you choose the session that’s the best fit for you.
Q: ARE PRINTS AVAILABLE?
Yes! I partner with a professional photo lab to offer high-quality, true-to-life prints.
Prints are available by request, giving you the freedom to choose exactly what you’d love to display in your home or share as a meaningful gift.
Q: WHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR MY SESSION?
I recommend avoiding neon colors—especially bright orange—as they can be distracting in photos.
Neutral tones, earth tones, and softer shades like light blue, navy, pastels, and muted colors tend to photograph beautifully.
It’s also best to avoid large logos or busy patterns, as they can draw attention away from your face.
Most importantly, wear something you feel comfortable and confident in—that’s what will truly shine in your photos.
Q: CAN I HAVE THE RAW/UNEDITED IMAGES?
Short answer: no.
Long answer: I put hours of care and attention into every image I deliver. When you hire me, you’re not just booking a session—you’re investing in my editing style and expertise, which is what brings your photos to life.
Raw files aren’t included, but you can rest assured the images you receive are the very best from your session. I carefully curate each gallery—no closed eyes, no blurry shots, and no awkward in-between moments.
Every photo you receive is thoughtfully selected and fully finished, ready to be cherished for years to come.
Q: WHAT ARE YOU MOST COMFORTABLE PHOTOGRAPHING?
I specialize in natural light, outdoor lifestyle sessions—including portraits, families, couples, and the occasional small elopement.
I’m always open to trying new things—growth is an important part of what I do, and I love creating something unique for each client.
That said, if I ever feel a session falls outside my expertise, I’ll always be honest and upfront with you. Transparency is incredibly important to me, and I want you to feel confident in who you’re trusting to capture your moments.
Q: WHEN CAN WE EXPECT PHOTO DELIVERY
For standard sessions (portraits, families, couples, etc.), you can typically expect your gallery within 4–5 weeks.
For weddings or events, galleries are delivered within 8–10 weeks.
Each image is carefully edited with attention to detail, and I truly appreciate your patience as I work to create something beautiful for you.
But don’t worry—you won’t be left waiting without a glimpse! I always send a few sneak peeks ahead of your full gallery so you have something to enjoy (and share!) in the meantime.
Q: DO YOU SHOOT IN A STUDIO OR WITH LIGHTING EQUIPMENT?
Nope! I photograph outdoors using natural light only.
I don’t use studio spaces or artificial lighting—rather, I let God’s creation and the beauty of nature set the scene.
Keeping things simple creates a relaxed, laid-back environment where you can feel comfortable, allowing me to capture genuine, natural moments.
In my opinion, that’s when the best images happen.
Q: WHAT GEAR DO YOU USE?
I shoot with a Canon 6D Mark II, and my go-to lenses are the Canon
50mm f/1.8 and the Canon 85mm f/1.8.
Q: CAN YOU HOLD A DATE FOR ME?
Unfortunately, I’m not able to hold dates without a non-refundable retainer.
All bookings are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your retainer is paid, your date is officially reserved and set aside just for you.
Because I typically dedicate only one session per day, that time is no longer offered to anyone else once it’s booked.
Q: WHAT TIMES OF THE DAY DO YOU PREFER TO SHOOT?
In one word: golden hour ✨
I love scheduling sessions about an hour before sunset (or just after sunrise—though I’ll admit, I’m not much of a morning person!) because the light is soft, warm, and incredibly flattering. It’s my favorite time to capture those dreamy, glowing images.
Of course, I can make other times of day work if needed, but I generally recommend avoiding 11am–4pm. That’s when the sun is directly overhead, creating harsher light and unflattering shadows.
My goal is always to place you in the best light possible—literally.
Q: DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes, absolutely! I’d love to travel for your session or event 🌎✈️
Travel does involve additional costs, which are the client’s responsibility. That said, everything will be discussed and confirmed in advance so there are no surprises.
Depending on the location, this may include expenses such as flights, rental cars, or accommodations.
Q: HOW SHOULD I PREP MY FAMILY BEFORE A SESSION?
✨ Well-rested + well-fed = happy kiddos (and parents!)
Make sure everyone gets a good nap and a meal beforehand. If your session is in the evening, try to push naps a little later if possible.

✨ Skip the stains
Avoid colorful drinks, lollipops, or anything that could stain mouths, teeth, or clothing within 24 hours of your session.

✨ Keep the vibes calm
I know preparing for photos can feel overwhelming, but try to stay relaxed around your kids. They pick up on stress quickly, and calm parents help create calm, happy children—which makes for the sweetest, most genuine images.

✨ What to bring
• Snacks + drinks (think mess-free options like crackers and water)
• A favorite comfort item (toy, blanket, or stuffed animal)
• A backup outfit (just in case!)
• Wipes + everyday essentials

✨ A quick note
I’ll always do my best to capture genuine smiles and meaningful moments, but little ones will be little ones! Every session is unique, and while I guide things gently, I embrace the natural flow of each moment. Some of the most beautiful images come from those perfectly imperfect, real-life interactions.

Come with a relaxed mindset, trust the process, and enjoy your time together—that’s where the magic happens.

Q: DO YOU EDIT ALL OF THE IMAGES?
Yes! Every image you receive is carefully edited by me, one at a time. I spend hours thoughtfully refining your gallery to ensure it reflects my style and the quality you see throughout my portfolio.
To maintain consistency, I don’t typically take editing requests. All edits are completed at my discretion in alignment with my workflow and overall aesthetic.
That said, if there’s something you’re self-conscious about—such as a blemish, scar, or similar detail—please feel free to let me know before your session so I can keep that in mind while editing.
Once your gallery has been delivered, additional edits are not offered, and my editing style remains consistent across all work. If you’re looking for a different aesthetic, I always encourage choosing a photographer whose style best aligns with your vision.
Q: WILL OUR IMAGES HAVE YOUR LOGO ON THEM?
All images shared online (such as sneak peeks and social media previews) will include my watermark to help protect my work.
That said, every image you receive in your final downloaded gallery will be completely watermark-free—ready for you to enjoy, share, and print at full quality.
When you first open your gallery, images may display with a logo to discourage low-quality screenshots. Once properly downloaded, your photos will be clean, high-resolution, and ready to use.
I always appreciate it when clients tag my page when sharing their photos—it truly means the world and helps others discover my work.
Q: DO WE GET THE COPYRIGHT TO THE IMAGES?
You will receive a print release, which gives you permission to print, share, and display your images however you’d like.
Copyright, however, remains with me as the photographer. This means the images cannot be sold or claimed as your own work.
In short: you’re free to enjoy and share your photos, while the ownership of the images remains with me.
Q: IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY SHOOT/WEDDING, IS THE RETAINER REFUNDABLE?
The retainer is non-refundable, as it secures your date exclusively and requires me to turn away other inquiries once your contract is signed.
However, your retainer may be applied toward a rescheduled session, pending my availability.
Please note that reschedules must be made within one month of the original date. After that time, a new retainer will be required to secure a new date, and the original retainer will remain non-refundable.
Q: AT MY WEDDING, CAN FAMILY AND FRIENDS TAKE PHOTOS WITH THEIR CAMERAS?
I don’t typically mind guests taking photos, as long as they are respectful of my role as your photographer. I kindly ask that guests avoid stepping in front of me, blocking key moments, or crowding during important parts of the day. If a moment is missed due to interference, I’m unable to recreate it.
For a more relaxed and intimate experience, I also ask that family and friends give the couple space during the bride and groom portraits. This allows for a more natural, focused environment and helps create the best possible images.
Lastly, I require that I am the only hired photographer present, as outlined in my contract. This ensures your day is captured smoothly, professionally, and without confusion or interruption.
